Development & Grant Research - Droste Mental Health Services
Researched and identified grants in support of a mental health agency. Developed a custom tool for evaluating and prioritizing grant strategy and planning.
Mixed Methods Program Evaluation - Artists in Residence Program
Mixed methods evaluation involving interviews and surveys with patients that identified outcomes in a health setting.
Quantitative Study on Mass Shootings in US Counties
Using measurement frameworks in assessment of community level violence risk, this quantitative research developed logistic regression models to predict the likelihood of mass shootings across a sample of rural, suburban and urban cities.
Logic Model Design- RISE Re-entry Program
Collaborated in developing the Rise Program logic model.
Research and Evaluation Support -
San Francisco Psychological Research Group (SFPRG)
Supported research and analysis, including building an inventory of validated early child assessment tools, designing a sample and conducting outreach in implementation of a preliminary survey. Research published in 2025.
Cultural Equity Competencies Workforce Assessment
Provided analysis and data illustration design support for an assessment of a large county workforce.
Community Dashboards - Sustainable San Mateo County Program
Designed public facing Tableau Dashboards for community level sustainability indicators.
